We maintain high standards to ensure the safety and professionalism of our fleet.

Experience

Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience in the last 3 years

Age Requirement

Must be at least 23 years of age

Clean Record

No more than 3 moving violations in past 3 years

Valid CDL

Current CDL with appropriate endorsements

Disqualifying Factors

Serious Violations (Past 3 Years)

• Reckless Driving
• Speeding 15+ MPH over limit
• Disregarding Traffic Control Device
• Careless and Imprudent Driving
• Driving While Suspended

Permanent Disqualifiers

• DUI/DWI (past 5 years or ever in CMV)
• Felony convictions affecting business
• More than 2 preventable accidents
• Failed DOT physical requirements
